Welcome
A Few Words about Me
My name is Simona Mehta, and my spiritual name, given by my great Spiritual Master Muktanand Bapu from India, is Satyavati, meaning “Truthful.”
My journey of Self-realization began to transform profoundly in 2012, when I experienced a spontaneous awakening of Kundalini energy within my spine—a tremendous shift in consciousness that opened an entirely new dimension of awareness within me. At the same time, the energy centers in my palms awakened, allowing me to receive and transmit healing energy and vibrations from higher realms.
During this awakening, and in many later moments of deep God and Christ Consciousness, I experienced a state of pure being—where only one truth remained: I AM. Everything simply is, and I am all that is. This profound state of unity, oneness, nothingness, and everythingness at once is, I believe, our natural state of being—the state we all consciously or unconsciously seek to return to. It became clear to me that one of my soul’s missions is to support Mother Earth in Her transition into the New Earth and to guide others on their own journey of awakening—toward their inherent beauty, purity, and inner power.
Along this path, I also discovered a deep passion for preparing raw, living foods—what I see as higher-consciousness nourishment for both body and soul. Food carries energy, and I believe that meals prepared with awareness, purity, and love can become a form of healing in themselves. Sharing this vibrant, life-giving food with others has become another beautiful way for me to serve, connect, and support transformation.
I was born and raised in Lithuania, where I studied Swedish language and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Philology at Šiauliai University. Later, I earned a Master’s degree in Literary Studies from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. I also hold a diploma in piano and am a certified 500-hour Hatha Yoga teacher in the Swami Sivananda tradition, as well as an experienced Yin Yoga teacher. For several years, I lived in India, where I closely observed Hindu rituals, spiritual disciplines, and traditional ways of living. This deepened my understanding of ancient wisdom and strengthened my connection to the spiritual path.
I am also a mother of three beautiful boys, so there is never a dull moment in our home. Through all of life’s movement and responsibilities, my spiritual path and daily practices have shown me again and again that it is possible to meet each day with a smile, a relaxed nervous system, and deep peace in the soul.
I truly believe that this peace is available to everyone—and I am here to help you find your way back to it.
I am deeply looking forward to connecting with you!
With a grateful heart,
Simona 🤍
